What to expect on Birthing Cave.

Despite the name, Birthing Cave is an open-air sandstone alcove, not a cave. The hike splits into an easy Long Canyon approach and a steep, unmarked social-trail spur that’s easy to walk past. The video highlights exactly where the junction is so you don’t miss the turn.
