Two kinds of message get answered fastest here: a specific question about a trip you are actually taking, and a correction from someone who was just standing at the trailhead. Both are welcome, and both go to the same inbox.
Write to us
Every message is read by a person. Most get a reply within two business days — sooner if you are travelling this week and say so in the subject line.
Send A Message
Or use the form. It lands in the same inbox as the address above, and the reply still comes from a person.
What you send is used only to reply to you, and is kept for up to 90 days. See the Privacy Policy.

Ask A Trip Question
The more concrete the question, the more useful the answer. If you can, tell us your dates, how many people, whether you have a car, and anything that limits the day — a toddler, a bad knee, a fear of heights, a flight out at four. A one-line question with those details gets a far better answer than a long message without them.

Help With A Trail Film
Bought a POV film and cannot reach it? Your films live in your account dashboard, and you need to be signed in with the same email address you used at checkout — that is the usual cause. If it still will not open, send the order email address and the name of the film and it will be sorted manually.
Corrections And Closures
Fees rise, shuttle stops move, trails close after storms. If a page is out of date, tell us what you saw and roughly when you saw it — a date and a photo of a sign is perfect. Corrections are checked and the page is re-dated, and this is genuinely the fastest way the site improves.
Press, Partnerships And Footage
For interviews, syndication, or licensing trail footage for editorial or tourism use, put the request in the first line and include your deadline. Requests to buy links, place sponsored posts or insert affiliate content into existing guides are declined — see how this site stays honest.
